How it works
- Find the identical product (same brand, model, size and colour, brand new) in stock at a UK retailer.
- Compare the total price, including delivery.
- Contact us before you order, or within 30 days of your order, at info@neelblue.co.uk or on 0208 945 5955. Send a link to the item.
- Once we've checked the price, we'll either match it before you buy or refund the difference to your original payment method.
What's not covered
- Clearance, liquidation, or "while stocks last" prices
- Marketplace or third-party seller listings (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay, OnBuy sellers)
- Auction sites, and prices that need a promo code, voucher, membership or bundle
- Prices that are pricing errors, trade-only or not open to the public
- Items that are out of stock at the competitor
We check every claim with the competitor's live page. We may limit the quantity, and we may change or withdraw the promise at any time. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
